st Century Chinese Higher Education Expo comes to Tübingen
The Chinese Higher Education Expo will be at the University of Tübingen 3 December 2013 from 9:00 to 11:30 at the Lecture Center (Hörsaalgebäude) Auf der Morgenstelle. The event is sponsored by the Chinese Consulate in Frankfurt and showcases the tremendous changes which have occurred in the wake of recent education reforms.
China has a dynamic academic landscape, with some 2,500 universities and other institutions of higher education making it the scientific region of the future. 16 universities and other higher education institutions including Peking University will be presenting their broad spectrum of teaching and research, inviting Tübingen students to work with them. Academic staff and junior researchers are also invited to investigate China-related topics and to make contact with Chinese universities.
Everybody is welcome, admission is free.
Directions and parking:
Tübingen can be reached by train, or by car on the B27 and B28 highways, or by bus or taxi from Stuttgart Airport. Once you are in Tübingen, you can catch buses 5, 13, 17 or 18 to the stop Auf der Morgenstelle. From there it is a short walk to the venue, the Lecture Center (Hörsaalzentrum).
Paid parking is available in the area.
