The Board of Directors of the Company Iland announces that at the General Meeting on 5 July 2013, the proposed capital increase was decided unanimously. The Board must now implement the resolutions of the General Assembly within three months.
The proposed capital increase was subscribed in full at the price of CHF 1.70 from various investors, including inter alia Swiss banks, management, old and private investors, although the market price at the time of subscription of CHF was 1.70. This proves the confidence of investors in the company, its management and its products and we thank all investors for this confidence you have placed in the company.
Iland is represented in the next few days on the Outdoor 2013 in Friedrichshafen, the largest trade show for the outdoor market. Prospects there have the opportunity to see and try out the different solar generators and accessories of the company.
