Solrwind has signed an exclusive agreement for the Midwestern United States to represent the CaviStill™, a proprietary and patented technology of Impulse Devices, Inc. that harnesses the energy created by ultrasonic cavitation to provide a standalone, energy-efficient, batch/flow-through device suitable for use in boutique micro-distilleries. Impulse is also exploring the use of CaviStill™ technology to enhance the processing of wine.

Impulse Devices, Inc. is an applied physics R&D firm pioneering Extreme Acoustic Cavitation™, a transformative power creating revolutionary commercial and industrial applications in a wide variety of industries, including energy, health, the environment, and manufacturing. It created the original CaviStill™ in response to a query by a Southern US – based micro-distillery that currently produces artisan vodka, bourbon and gin. The CaviStill™ system has enabled this micro-distillery to produce award-winning distilled spirits with a smooth sensory enhancement quality.
