National Bank of Ukraine has registered an increase in the authorized
capital of PJSC 'Terra Bank'

March 3, 2012 decision of the Commission of National Bank of Ukraine on
supervision and regulation of banks had agreed to a new version of the
statute of PJSC 'Terra Bank' due to the increase authorized capital up to
UAH 557.141 million.
'The decision of the Commission's National Bank, as well as a significant
strengthening of the Bank in the ratings of National Bank of Ukraine and
the Ukrainian Banks Association shows a stable position,'Terra Bank' in the
market, the effectiveness of the chosen strategy of his rule and,
therefore, - the trust of its customers' - said Chairman of the Board of
PJSC 'Terra Bank' Vladimir Kotsyuba.
