Action and Criminal Litigation in defense and response to the current
Slander and Defamation Campaign being launched against the Company.
Wednesday, 7th September 13:00 2011 (Guatemala City)
World Energy Holdings&Research PLC (WEHR) along with a growing number of
Shareholders have engaged specialty UK Law Firm 'Hays and Company
Solicitors' (Hays&Co), to pursue Class Action and Criminal Litigation in
the High Court of London. WEHR has been combating the existing Defamation
Campaign for upwards of 1 year, and albeit taken significant measures to
prevent further defamation and restore the good name to the Company, it has
become clear that proceeding with formal litigation is the only option.
Hays&Co believes that Litigation will be swift and effective in ceasing
current defamation and protecting WEHR Staff, Shareholders, Vendors, and
Associates. Never having faced this type of organized and premeditated
Internet Bullying, WEHR are satisfied with their efforts to combat to the
current situation. However, at this point WEHR realize that this battle
cannot be won alone, and now feel that with Hays&Co at the helm combined
with the unwavering support of its Shareholders, this matter will be
effectively resolved and justice brought to all guilty parties.
