BT als "Leader" in den "Magic Quadrants" 2011 für pan-europäische und globale Netzwerkbetreiber positioniert

Der Netzwerk- und IT-Dienstleister BT Global Services ist in den aktuellen "Magic Quadrants" des Technologie-Analysten Gartner Inc. sowohl für "Pan-European Network Service Providers" als auch für "Global Network Service Providers" im "Leaders"-Quadranten positioniert worden.
Gartner erläutert in seinem aktuellen "Global Network Service Providers (NSP)" Report, dass sich die führenden Anbieter ("leaders") in diesem Bereich "durch ein umfassendes Leistungsangebot an Sprach- und Datenprodukten" auszeichnen, "das mit überdurchschnittlichem Service und Support, weltweiter Bereitstellung sowie einer wettbewerbsfähigen Preisgestaltung gekoppelt ist [?]".
In seinem "Pan-European Network Service Provider (NSP)" Report definiert Gartner führende Anbieter ("leaders") als Unternehmen, die ein "umfassendes Portfolio an Sprach- und Daten-Services haben, darunter auch relativ neue Angebote in Bereichen wie Unified Communications und Ethernet Services [?]". Führende Anbieter können typischerweise "eine größere Bandbreite an Kunden (im Hinblick auf Größe, geografische Lage und Service-Anforderungen)" mit ihren Services beliefern als andere Anbieter in diesem Bereich.

OF THE 2011 MAGIC QUADRANTS FOR PAN-EUROPEAN AND GLOBAL NETWORK SERVICE PROVIDERS

In its Pan-European Network Service Provider (NSP) report, Gartner says leaders "have a full portfolio of voice and data services, including relatively new offerings in areas such as unified communications and Ethernet services. These services are delivered with good quality across a wide area of coverage at competitive prices by account teams that are typically closer to the customer. Leaders have a strong vision of the market and their role in it, and they will typically be able to address a wider range of customers (in terms of size, geography and service requirements) with their service offerings than others in this Magic Quadrant.?
