(firmenpresse) - On the Internet you find very often so-called autosurfing programs or auto-surfing services. These are programs, that increase (through traffic) the popularity of websites. The members of such programs get "points" or "credits" if they display a browser window with ever-changing pages of other members.
However, auto surfing programs are useful, but, with all advantages they have, they also have very big disadvantage for users.
The first bad thing is, the origin of the visitors are indicated in the web page statistics. From the analysis arises that the visitors come from an auto surfing site.
