A new campaign, namely Nuon Security was tested early September 2009, and is still ongoing. In typical Netherlands fashion, the test is going exceptionally well.
The success of the test phase so far, has impressed the client with the professional-like manner and attitude of the sales representatives (FRs), diligence, efficiency and reliability, with excellent first week results.
The Nuon management team praised the efforts of all involved, and presented three sales representatives in particular; Samantha Duyn, Lisette de Winter, and Michael van der Horst, with a special cake as an appreciation, following their brilliant customer service record and experience with the product.
Not bad considering they had to switch division, and focus on the test rather than building a team – it certainly paid off. They can now slowly start to recruit new people on the team.
The cake signifies the beginning of a client relationship that became defunct in 2008, following a previous two year-long campaign. With relations building and gaining strength, the Nuon test has open further opportunities, with additional Nuon products that will potentially not only expand the Security division, but also extend onto the Energy division too.
Netherlands Organisational Head James O’Grady is delighted with the results and feedback of the test, seeing this as a possible restart for the division, and a third product to celebrate in The Netherlands – well done to all involved!
