The coughing and gasping start to fade away until eventually, they can smoke a whole cigarette without the defense mechanism kicking in of the body. How is this possible? They have concentrated their WILL POWER to restrict the defense mechanism of the body.






You'll Be Able To Smoke because You'll Yourself to Smoke

It is powerful THOUGHTS over Issue which allows you to smoke! As a smoker, you over time have used your MIND to suppress your body's protective mechanisms. By your WILL POWER you've got created a system that permits the damage that you do to yourself each time you smoke a cigarette and shuts down your built in protection. It can this because you want it to; YOU WILL IT!. Have you ever ruined your body's protective mechanism? No, it is still there. You simply selectively turn off it for smokes.

You are when you have been around a smoky fire of any sort, but what goes on, a smoker? Maybe your fireplace if you forget to open the flue. You get your cozy fire going but using the flue closed, the room quickly fills. What occurs? Your eyes begin burning and watering, you begin coughing and gasping for breath instantaneously before the source of the irritant, the smoking, is removed. This really is the standard body defense mechanism response. It'll occur to you personally even if you are a multi-year smoker.

Yet, it is possible to smoke a cigarette without those reactions. It is still smoke and you're deliberately pulling it. The mechanism that you just spent years is still operating. It has become your Frankenstein monster which you've forgotten the way to command! Why you created the monster in the first place as it was so many years ago not only that, you have forgotten! It may be overpowered by you and get it strapped down to the table for a time but it is always striving to break loose. Eventually it'll break loose and you're smoking. The cigarette isn't the monster. It is the mechanism you have created together with your THOUGHTS that lets you smoke the cigarette that is the monster.

Can There Be a Remedy?

Yes. To removing smokes forever out of your life, the option isn't command of the monster you've created, but to disassemble it! Overpowering the monster and limiting it which is what you do when you forcibly stop cigarettes, will simply work for so long. This mechanism you have created will always work to maintain itself and eventually, it'll do thus; you'll be smoking as should you never ceased. An ex-smoker is simply a smoker who isn't smoking smokes right now.

Luckily, there's an easy method to systematically disassemble this mechanism you created many years ago so that it never compels you to smoke. You eliminate cigarettes out of your life without looking to quit when you take away the smoking mechanism you have created. When you eliminate the mechanism which allows you to smoke, you become a nonsmoker!
